Founder & Overseer
With over 25 years in ministry, Apostle Nathaniel Osei is a seasoned minister, a teacher of the word. He holds a Masters degree in Psychological Counselling.
Everything we do flows from one commissioning — the one Christ gave to every believer. We believe that the message of Christ is more than words, but a living legacy that transforms lives by the power of the Holy Spirit and thus our mission is...
"Transforming lives and communities by sharing and living out the legacy of Christ."
We work to bring men and women out of darkness into the marvellous light of Jesus Christ through passionate evangelism, Spirit-filled worship and the uncompromised preaching of the Word.
“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you.”
Matthew 28:19-20
To reach the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, equip believers for ministry, and demonstrate God's power through signs, wonders, and miracles, thereby transforming lives and communities for the glory of God.
We exist to disciple every believer into maturity, equipping the saints for the work of ministry through sound teaching, prayer, mentorship and practical service. A convert is not our finish line; a disciple is.
And we are committed to demonstrating the love of Christ in practical, measurable ways — since we believe the message of Christ is more than words, but a living legacy that transforms lives by the power of the Holy Spirit.
We are focused on building a ministry that transforms communities through the demonstration of God's miraculous power aiming...
"To impact the world with the legacy of Christ."
..through the demonstration of God's miraculous power thus raising up a generation of believers who walk in signs and wonders.
“Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.”
Proverbs 29:18
We envision a ministry with a global presence. Our goal is to see souls saved in their numbers, thus engineering a global impact and a generational transformation through training where we are equipping leaders, evangelists, and ministry workers who will change the spiritual orientation of nations. We hope to see tens of thousands disciples raised from our altar — men and women of integrity in the marketplace, ministries birthed in our prayer rooms, and missionaries sent from our doors to the nations of Africa and beyond.
The doctrinal foundations we stand on, and the culture we guard.
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God…” — 2 Timothy 3:16. It is our final authority in faith and conduct.
Father, Son and Holy Spirit — one Godhead, eternal and undivided. — Matthew 28:19.
“I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” — John 14:6.
The baptism of the Holy Spirit with evidence of spiritual gifts is for today. — Acts 2:4; 1 Corinthians 12.
“…with his stripes we are healed.” — Isaiah 53:5. We pray for the sick and testify of His healing power.
We are one body in Christ, members one of another — no believer walks alone. — Romans 12:5.
Jesus Christ is coming again for a glorious church. We live ready and labour urgently. — 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17.
“Let your light so shine before men…” — Matthew 5:16. Our values in every audit, every service, every soul.
From seven hungry souls in a living room to a family of thousands — the story of God's faithfulness.
In March 2009, Rev. Nathaniel Osei, then a young evangelist, gathered seven friends in his family living room in Osu for a Tuesday prayer meeting. There was no instrument, no pulpit and no budget — only a hunger for God. Within six months, the living room was full, and the fellowship was born.
By 2012 the growing congregation leased its first hall at the Mikkado Conference Hall, Osu Lane — the very place we still worship today. That same year the church was officially registered as Miracle Encounter Outreach Ministries, with a mandate to encounter God and reach the nations.
Today, Miracle Encounter is a thriving multi-generational family with active partnerships across Ghana and beyond. The vision is ever the same: a City of Refuge for the broken, a Launchpad for the sent. The best chapters are still being written — and there is a seat in this story with your name on it.
